Christi Takac, PA-C

Christi is originally from Charlotte, NC. She joined the team here at Southeastern Spine Institute after graduating from The Medical University of South Carolina’s Physician Assistant Program in 2024. She was a student-athlete at Charleston Southern University, earning her undergraduate degree in kinesiology with a clinical emphasis. She spent 2 years working with MUSC’s kidney transplant department before starting PA school. Christi has been involved in multiple medical mission trips to Kenya and Costa Rica, where her love for service and medicine was born. The Lowcountry has become home for Christi, as she enjoys her free time by the ocean with her two rescue dogs or strolling the streets of Charleston, embracing the fine cuisine the town has to offer. She loves being outdoors and soaking up sunshine, whether that be on a paddleboard or a softball field.
